Website delivery and hosting
Hosting is provided by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, using the infrastructure of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Website data is hosted in Germany. The server processes connection data to deliver the requested pages. Under the provider’s Webspace disclosures, requested files, referrer, browser and device information, operating system, access time and anonymized IP addresses are retained by IONOS for eight weeks for security and stability. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and the legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website. See the provider’s Webspace privacy information.
Images, video and scripts are delivered by this website. Fonts are system fonts. No third-party media players, analytics or advertising trackers are embedded.
Enquiry draft
The form handles your name, business email, company, application, estimated quantity, customization requirements and any optional timeline or additional information. Its only action is to prepare a draft within the page. The entries are not submitted to a server, stored in browser storage or sent automatically. Closing the page clears the page’s draft state; your browser’s own form-restoration features are outside this website’s control.
If you choose “Download draft”, a text file is saved through your browser. You control that file and its deletion. “Open in email app” passes the prepared content to your configured email application. You must send the message yourself. Your email provider’s processing applies when you use that application.
Email contact
If you independently email SLARK, your message and contact details will be used to assess and respond to your enquiry. The applicable legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests by the prospective contracting individual, or Article 6(1)(f) for business correspondence with company representatives, based on the interest in handling business enquiries. Relevant legal retention obligations may also apply under Article 6(1)(c). We delete enquiry correspondence when it is no longer needed for its purpose and no statutory retention duty or justified need to retain it applies. Contractual, accounting and tax-related correspondence is retained for the applicable statutory periods.
Email correspondence is handled using Google Workspace. Google and its subprocessors may process message content and communication data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google’s Cloud Data Processing Addendum describes processor arrangements and transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Merely viewing an email link does not send a message to Google.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website code sets no cookies and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage, tracking pixels or fingerprinting. The hosting provider reports using technically necessary cookies. Where essential for delivery, these fall under § 25(2) TDDDG; this website adds no marketing or analytics cookies. No marketing consent banner is used. Video starts only when you choose to play it; it is not loaded from a third-party player. Any later introduction of consent-requiring technology must be reviewed and blocked until valid consent.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact the controller above to exercise your rights.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), or the authority responsible for your usual residence or workplace.
